1. Where can I see your prices;

As Theosynergia is a factory, you would need to sent us an email in order to sent you our factory price list catalogue.

 

2. Do you have minimum order;

No, we do not have a minimum order policy for the existed customers and for repeated orders. For the new customers the minimum order is 250 €.

 

3. Is there any discount policy;

Yes, there is. It depends of amount of the order. You can be informed about our discount policy via email.

 

4. Do your prices include VAT;

The prices in our catalogue do not include VAT. If you belong to the European Union (EU) and have community trade code, then there is no VAT. If you are out of EU or you belong in EU but you do not have valid VAT according to the European laws,  then the prices are increased by 24% VAT.

 

5. How much is the shipping;

The cost of shipping (transportation) depends on the size or weight of the order. Our factory works with many international couriers and transportations companies and looks always for the cheapest prices.

 

6. How will my order be packed;

Your order will be packed into boxes or pallets, depending on the size of your order and the delivery requirements.

 

7. How can I locate my delivery;

The delivery details are provided once the order has been dispatched. If the order has not been delivered when expected, you can contact our sales team who will be able to contact the courier for you.

 

8. Are the products displayed in stock;

As we are a factory and we are not wholesalers or distributors, we produce every day all of our products. So all of our products are available.

 

9. What methods of payment do you accept;

We accept T/T, Paypal, Visa/Credit or Debit Card payments.

11. How long will I need to wait for delivery;

This depends on the size of your order. Small orders are performed immediately

As a factory we produce ONLY AAA’ Top Quality products. All of our raw materials and aromas are of high standards.
